How It All Started…
Walletkeeping Bookkeeping Service is a virtual bookkeeping firm based out of San Antonio, TX. It started off like many other small businesses: as a side hustle. My goal was to supplement my corporate job income and make some extra money. However, it quickly became more than that. As I started assisting small business owners, I realized that entrepeneurs have a lot more questions and a lot of time, it is scary to ask questions or hand over your finances to someone who you don’t know.

That is where I bring my customer service, project management experience, and overall human empathy into the mix. My meetings with you are judgement free and I do my best to break down everything for you to really understand. I bring a level of transparency that allows you to see everything I do on your QuickBooks, even if you are not an expert. I don’t gatekeep, I teach!
What Is My Professional Background?
Before moving to San Antonio, TX I lived in Guadalajara, Mexico for 15 years! While living there, I attended Universidad del Valle de Mexico and got myself a degree in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, I stay up to date with my QuickBooks Proadvisor certifications to ensure that I am informed about major updates. But it all comes down to experience. In the corporate world, I have been in billing roles and project management. This mix of knowledge has helped me assist clients since late 2022!
On A More Personal Level
When I don’t have my head buried in spreadsheets or accounting software, you can find me out in nature. There is nothing I love more than a good hike in a beautiful landscape to just reset. But I am also a homebody and love spending time with my dogs, friends and family, mostly playing board games. I love a good smooth gel pen and I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with the color pink.
